The apartments are located in the picture postcard area of Cannes on the street directly behind Quai Saint Pierre. At the edge of the historical old town, Le Suquet, it is just steps away from the port.

Just 6-7 minutes walk from the Palais de Festivals
they are ideally located for the conferences and
festivals held there each year. The apartments are
also in a great location for holidays as the
nearest of the beautiful golden sandy beaches is a
two minute stroll from the apartment along Quai
Saint Pierre and the world famous Boulevard de la
Croissette with its designer boutiques and palm
trees is just a few minutes walk.
The area next to the port has a lovely market square beneath the trees where you can visit the regular art/craft/antiques art fair every weekend, or just sit and relax in the sunshine and watch a game of boules.
