PAYMENT
We require half of the payment on booking to secure the dates you have requested.
One month prior to arrival the final payment should be made and we will send you some information for your stay. At this time we will also require a fully refundable 100 Euro security deposit (or £100 if you are paying in UK Sterling, just to make it easier to return the same amount). This will be returned to you as soon as possible once the apartment has been checked.
Payment can be accepted either in Euros or UK Sterling, either by cheque or bank transfer.
ARRIVAL
Our representatives in Cannes will meet you on your arrival at the apartment.
YOUR STAY
Both apartments are strictly non smoking except for the outdoor terrace area.
Both are suitable for families (Leon particularly because of the terrace and ground floor location) but neither are wheelchair accessible due to some steps from the street through the gate into the courtyard area. Louie is on the second floor and has no lift and is not suitable for crawling babies/toddlers due to the staircase as we have no child gates.
