This is a stunning, newly renovated duplex apartment with open plan living area, exposed beams, a feature staircase and luxurious bathroom with a bath and walk-in Italian shower.
The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users as there are some steps when entering the gated courtyard area from the street, plus the apartment is on the second floor (no lift). Due to the age of the building (c.1890) the steps outside from the street are original stone steps and are therefore a little uneven.
